Little filly may have a sore leg, Joanne. She used to run everywhere in her stall, and recently she has just been walking around slowly. May take a few days to come around after being stepped on by such a large Mommy as Tav

I phoned Robert and left a voicemail, just to let him know what happened, in case there are problems. She zoomed a bit after it happened and seemed to be okay, but it might have been adrenaline. In any case, she is putting good weight on the leg, and it's clearly nothing serious, if anything at all.

Hay, Devotee, if Robert calls you back will you ask him what the filly's name is? She is too beautiful and precious to be called WXYZ any more!

And now we know, thanks to Debbie (of Wood Duck). Her name is Zavia! Classy name for a classy filly.
Something has Octavia and Zavia both very spooked right now. There's a big show in the stall. But at least it looks as if Zavia is unharmed after being stepped on.

Zavia - pronounced Zave-ee-uh or Zah-vya That makes #5! I know bragging is unbecoming!

Zavia seems to be sprinting around the stall and outside like her usual exuberant self. I guess Tav just gave her a temporary "owie". They both look wonderful this morning ...TSSP, you're really on a roll with the naming. Mom and baby's names go well together ...

Good Morning Pam. Thought I would pass on some information to you about an event being held tomorrow (Sat) in York at Tractor Supply. You may already know about it and it may not interest you at all but the name of it is Out Here With Horses Event. It is something Tractor Supply is putting on. My daughter will be there with her two baby goats. Dr. Chappell is supposed to be there too. There is also suppossed to be a trainer there for a Question/answer session. Official time is 10-2 but there will be ppl there ,according to my daughter, at around 8. I'll be there too and would love to see you again if you stop by.
Zavia sure is an intertaining little girl. She is growing too!
