One of the horses at the barn near my house, Tina, died Wednesday 
She jumped the pasture fence and after that she got stuck in a tree with three trunks... 
They tried they're best to free her with a chain saw, trying to cut the tree but it wouldn't work. She died there, suffocating to death. She will be missed greatly. She was a liver chestnut mare with heaves, she was suffering from the heaves at they're worst. Her breathing sounded like someone squealing, and it was sad to hear. I am just a tad bit happy she is now at rest, because I felt bad for her with her breathing.
I don't have anything to remember her by, except for memories in my mind. I didn't have time to take pictures because I always forgot my camera and today I went to my lesson and I was expecting to be able to take pictures because I had finnaly brought my camera, and I asked a girl where Tina was and she said "Tina Died Wednesday..." and I stood there, too shocked to say a word. I almost cried on the spot. But I held back my tears because I didn't want to cry infront of all the kids.
Anyways, all this to say that Tina will be greatly missed by all of us at D & D Stables, we pray she will be living a happy life in horsey heaven.
