Speaking of husbands...mine is asleep next to me, so I take the remote and flip through the channels until I find something interesting to listen to. Then he wakes up and asks me if I'm watching tv...tell him no, go ahead and change it if he wants.....so he changes the channel and then rolls over and goes right back to sleep!! Men!!

leona...a horse can stop and start contractions if they think its not safe to foal. So I would imagine that they can contract more than one night.....now, if the water breaks, there is no turning back.

leona when my 2 mares had their babys all I saw was for a couple of days the stayed more away from the herd and wanted to be by me more, and lots of pushing on the fence, barn wall or whatever they could use on their backends because of all the pressure and so they pushed back to try to relieve it some
