You may have noticed the little yellow shield in your system area by your clock. That means there is another round of Windows Updates pending.
If your cam computer is set to automatically update, and/or your cam is not set to start when your computer restarts (if you want it to, PM me for instructions) then you may want to do the updates manually, restart your computer and make sure your cam is reconnected before you go to bed. This will ensure that Windows won't do your updates at 3:00 AM (the usual time) and leave your cam down for the rest of the night.

OK here are the instructions to make your cam auto connect after a computer reboot, such as after getting updates from Microsoft:
To make your cam auto start, you need to place a shortcut to the batch file on your desktop in your startup folder. To do that, follow the instructions below:
1. Click "Start" then mouse over "All Programs," then "Startup."
2. RIGHT CLICK on the Startup folder when it's highlighted, and select "Open."
3. RIGHT CLICK in a blank area of the folder window, and select "New..." then "Shortcut."
4. In the "Create Shortcut" window, click "Browse."
5. Find the Batch File on your desktop, click it, and then click "OK."
6. Click "Next."
7. Change the name of the shortcut if you wish, but it is not necessary.
8. Click "Finish."
9. Close the Startup folder.
Now when your computer restarts, the batch file will be run automatically, just as if you double clicked it.
Any questions or problems feel free to PM me.
