Can someone explain the bingo game to me or am I missing a post somewhere? I see a page for the bingo card and I also see the card on the store page. Kind of confused here. How do we pay and which card do we use? I have not been able to view the Marestare Cares site. I get Marestare Cares is coming soon. Thanks.

Sure - I'll do my best to explain it to you. Each card represents a "paddock". We will take a set of panels and set up a paddock that is 10' x 10'. Then we will mark off 2' x 2' sections so it looks the same as the game board. On August 19th at 6 pm we will release a horse into the paddock. In time the horse will "poop" and where ever the poop lands is the winning square. The squares on the bingo card represent the squares in the paddock. You buy the square that you think the horse will poop on. There are two different boards. One board costs $2 per square and the winner will win $20.00. The other board is $5 per square and the winner wins $50.00. You can play either board, the only difference is the amount you pay and the amount you can win. The board at Mare Stare Cares shows which numbers are still available. If there are initials in the square then it's sold. If there's just a number then it's still available. I update the board as quickly as I can each time a number is sold, but always have a backup number just in case. You can buy the numbers through the Mare Stare Cares store at shop.marestarecares.com There are two boards at the store - click on the board you want and then click on the number that you want to buy. If it's sold there will be a quantity available of zero. We're still working out the kinks, but we're getting there. And the boards are selling out fast!!!

Ahhhh, I get it. It's like cow pie bingo we play at our county fair. Do we have to be "present" to win? I will be in Chicago that night. Who's the lucky horse? Don't know if you thought of this or not Heather. What to do if it lands between 2 numbers. I think what they do here is, the square with the most in it wins. Sounds like fun.

You need not be "present" to win, and 'majority' rules!! As for the lucky participants, I know who one is, not sure on the other. I'm not saying names yet in case it's supposed to be a surprise.

It's gonna be fun - I actually have people coming here to be here when it happens! I hope it's as much fun as we're expecting it to be. With my luck one of two things will happen - #1 - the horse will walk in and poop and it'll be done #2 - the horse won't poop at all...then I'll worry about colic Gotta love it - I'm always worrying about something. FYI - The $2 board is sold out and the $5 board is close - so if you want to play you need to buy your number now!
