I've not been on quite as often. Mom had surgery this past thursday, and I've started school again. So after school, we drive for 40 min. to get to the hospital, and then come home.... been busy busy busy!
She made it through surgery great, but yesterday she was in a LOT of pain, and nothing seemed to ease it. Today she's doing much better and she got all of her dressings and tubes taken off this morning. I spent the night with her last night, and woke up this morning with a horrible back ache. They never seem to have anything comfortable to sleep on. I'm exhausted, but I've got to get the house cleaned, feed all the animals, do homework, and whatever else, then get up in the morning and go back to the hospital. Looks like she is staying until tuesday.
