I work at a lesson barn in north andover and live right down the street. I've been apprenticing and acting as a untitled assistant manager I guess you could call it. One of the instructiors i teach with has also helped with the managment. But the reason we have been helping is because the actual manager doesnt do their job and the owner doesnt really care either. The barn has become run down and the horses are suffering from it (ie some horses are still being used in lessons even though they are lame and some horses have become beat up in the poor turnout ect. ect..) So the two of us have gotten fed up and need to find a new barn to go to. I also might be getting a horse in the near future and need to find a place to board him. I'm afriad to stay at the barn im at now because i dont kno what would happen to him 
(I LOVE this horse). So i guess the reason I'm posting this is to ask if anyone knows of a barn around our area that has boarding and instructor positions. I would REALLY appriciate it:) ;D
