Boy the nerve of some people. If that was me my mother would have wore my butt out so bad I wouldn't be sitting today. I would have done the same to my own kids. That's the problem with some kids today. They don't have any respect for anyone or anything. Hopefully the law will have a good talk with her and her parents. Have them tell her that her parents would have been responsible for all damages if there had been an accident. Let her know what the consequences are for such stupidity.

today the police came.. he talked to us then he talked to them and then come back over to our place.. he was like i am so sorry about what happened.. he told me that the girls mom lied to him saying her daughter didnt do that and was flat out rude and then the girl right out and told him she did it after her mom said she didnt he was not a happy camper.. i don't blame him either.. he said if they bothered me again give him a call... i dont think that rattled their cage at all though.. i dont think it'll be the last..

anyway Good news is...
i finished the fence and gate theres a lock on the gate now too so and truspassing sign on the gate no one is getting out or in except for precious who tried and we ended up putting another board on the fence the silly girl

AND I'V DECIDED TO CHANGE DREAMS NAME TO PIG!!!!

Maple, I don't know if the police offered to let you file a complaint, to were you had to fill out a form or not. But when they get back to the station, or when they get a chance, they have to fill out a report on the call itself. They do this with every call they get. So therefor there will still be on record, that they were out there, an what took place, so if anything else happens, they will know who to turn too. I am glad you were able to get your fenceing finished, and a lock is a smart thing to do. And if you post signs on your property period, and they can be seen with out a doubt, you can have her little smart but just for walking on your property. Glad the law is on your side. Maybe the girl's mom didn't think her daughter did something like that. Sad thing is, that girl is so proud of what she did. Wonder how many other pets she has "freed" and they ended up lost or dead. Make sure all of your neighbors know about her. If she comes on your property again don't hesitate to have her arrested. She could use some time in juvenile detention it seems. There's always a restraining order if she keeps it up. You can always post that your have security cameras on your property even if you don't. You can even buy fake cams. I know someone who did this and the tresspassing stopped. They had a problem with someone turning their birds (chickens, quail, pheasants) loose. A few were also stolen. All of those birds were of the exotic type. Those same people even took some peafowl and black swan eggs out of an incubator they had in their poultry house. I also think they put an article in the paper about what was going on and mentioned that the place was being monitored by security cameras. The person/s were never caught but it all stopped with the posting of those signs and with some of the fake cams mounted in site.

I need to go talk to the guy down the road that has cattle and goats AND two horses and warn him about her.. its just her and him really thats near by its pasture the rest of the way around
