well everyone this weekened Equine Affaire was in Massachusetts. People from my barn always go in a big group and we have a blast!! i was wondering if anyone else went to this one or if you go to them in the other states? (i believe they go to california and another state......)
this year there was a 'plethora' of presenters in every discipline possible. a few that i saw were the canadian cowgirl drill team (absolutely adorable and they were awesome), denny emerson (i have a lot of jumper friends lol), cesar parra (my dressage pick), and of course i had to watch holly mason (it would probably look bad if i didn't watch my own instructor lol).
another highlight was this year, in the youth pavilion, one of the horses that played seabiscuit (in the movie) was there! we got to pet him, take pictures and everything! the horse that was there was the horse in the scene where the jockey asks the trainer how far he should gallop the horse through the woods and the trainer says "until he stops" or something along those lines lol.
