Christmas Wish List....

So, what's on everyone's Christmas Wish list this year?

We are looking for land in NC so that's tops on my list. I always wish for peace, goodwill, health for my family, friends and horses as well.

I've only asked for a couple things....one is a St. Francis statue for my barn. We used to have one but it fell and broke. And I'd love for my "photographer" daughter to take decent photos of my mare Shanza...she's my favorite and all her photos are goofy because she sticks her tongue out, which is cute, but she looks so dumpy and I know she's not. She's just not photogenic - she's just like me!

My Christmas wish list... I wish everyone the safest and happiest holiday season you can have! I have gotten my christmas wish to came true. My husband, my children, and I are now living in our new home. It may not be grand but we are happy with it for sure.
Heather, I see you are looking for land for sale in NC. What part of NC are you interested in? There are a few pieces of land available in the coastal area. Much of it is wooded, but decent land. But, you do need to watch out because some of them selling can be...um... gold- diggers if you know what I mean. The best of Luck to you and your family, and may your wish come true!

My wish is for all the soldiers to be able to come home for Christmas with there loved ones, to be able to come up with enough money for the one thing my daughter wants most for Christmas, and for everyone to have a safe foaling season this year. My biggest wishes are for everyone to remember the REAL reason for the season... He is most important. Also, for everyone to have a safe and Merry Christmas.

For the more material side of me, however, I am hoping my parents help me out with the rest of my custom Dixieland gaited saddle that I am in the process of ordering for my boy. I AM SO EXCITED. Also, I would LOVE to get him some stall mats. Hmmmm....those are HUGE items so not wanted too much more.

p.s. Casper is getting some new stall toys and peppermint bran mash in his stocking.

I'd also like to have a clone of THORN...lol...he seems to do such a great job at Heather's, I wish I had one just like him to help me out around here!! (I'd even get my THORN-clone his very own llama-clone *giggle*)

I want a new baby llama for Christmas. How much fatter can those girls get? LOL. I already have the best gift. Your friendship. Thanks everyone!

Heather, I know what you mean about pictures. Why is it, when I'm trying to get shots for registration those dad blasted llamas will have their ears at half mast, or one up and one down, be standing all crooked, have their heads all droopy, or be looking the wrong way? Go down there without a camera and they are posing perfectly. I do have a few tricks though. When I remember them that is. I take one of my big teddy bears and sit it somewhere. Gets their attention. I also have a little lamb that bleats when you squeeze it. This works really well. I let a photographer use it at a show I was superintendant of. Every one of those llamas posed perfectly.

I wish for Health, and happiness to everyone on marestare, and their families.

I also wish for mother's health and happiness, as well as the rest of my family.

I also wish for the armed forces to be brought home, they have been there long enough. God Bless Them...

ANd last but not least my christmas "material" wish was granted by my amazing mother in my little 3 month old Mini colt....

Oh yes and wishes for a safe and prosperous foaling season!

I wish for peace, love and health for everyone in the world. There are so many people that are homeless, I pray they find warmth. I pray for the little children who's lives are not as happy as it should be. For them I wish love, safety and to get to know Jesus. I would sure like to see all our troops get to come home. I pray for all of us to have a safe foaling season. I wish for all of my forum friends to have a safe, happy Holiday Season and a wonderful New Year.


PS: I already got my present from my husband. ;D A few weeks ago a mini farm had to get rid of all of their horses. They gave them to voices for horses rescue. I got 4 little mares, and two are bred for 2007. All 4 of them are just sweet hearts. It was the best present he could have gotten me, with the exception of having all my family here with us. I miss my Grand-babies so much. Thank goodness for web cams. lol
