All right, I'm sick of not being able to bake and living off of Ramen and frozen dinners in my dorm room, so I'm compiling a microwave cookbook. I was originally gonig to have just desserts, but I think I'll put in anything that's quick and easy. So if you have any good recipes, or know of any, please post! So far I have brownies and fudge. I just made the fudge, it's cooling in the fridge right now;)

I'll look for some microwave recipes...but did you know you can cook eggs with a blender? Not sure that you have one, but my hubby (my chef) was beatiing some eggs one day and let them beat too long - he went back to find steaming hot FULLY COOKED scrambled eggs. He put salt and pepper on them and we ate them - ummmm good!!! ;D

Hot ham and cheese potato roll(or roll of your choice) two slices of ham two to four slices of your favorite cheese Open roll so that the two halves lay side by side. Put one or two(depending on your chosen amount)slices of cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Put the rest of the cheese on the top half Lay the ham on top Mic for 30-45 seconds (depends on thickness of roll and cheese) Close and enjoy!
