Someone told me last year they would be interested to know how many fillies and colts I had at the end of the season. I started at the end of Feb. and went to the middle of Nov. I may have missed a few here and there. I know I have most of them up to June. After that I couldn't swear I have them all. Here is what I got. It came out pretty close to even.

Thats to cool bonnie!! I never kept a record of the cam births, but sometimes I wish I had, so that I could go back and look and compare.

I'm starting out at the beginning this year. I have 365 mares on my list so far. LOL I wonder how many I will actually get to see.  I would have more, but when I checked all the ones I had last year, some of them said "Unknown" or "Can't find....", so I don't have those. Maybe they'll show up under another name or something. Or maybe they aren't having any foals this year. I just noticed, with that number of mares, I should be writing down one a day all year. That tells you there are some days that there are more than 1 mare due. LOL |
