Okay, it rained over 10" here so my barn flood, pasture and other things flood. Today it didn't rain so I decide that I would clean out the mess with the tractor. I did get the barn clean; however in the process of moving the manure from the barn I sank the tractor in front of the barn in a nice big hole. By the time I was done the front end of the tractor was buried up to its axles, and the left tire had come off its rim. The mud is so deep in front of the barn now the horses can't use the barn. We made a small door out of the tin. (father-in-law said I should have went to work today ) The neighbors had a big tractor and had to pull my little tractor out of the mud. I am going to be in trouble when my husband gets home from work tonight. But the bright side of the whole mess is the horses don't have to stand in messy wet hay. Oh I forgot to mention that I lost both shoes in the mud and they belonged to my husband.

Marion I can sympathize with you, my barn is also flooded, we had 7 inches , had to take my horses and board them out for a month or so, till everything has a chance to dry out (if that ever happens). Just got tired of fighting it and decided they would be better off.
