I just wanted to say a few things. I really don't know how to put this so here you go: I really wish that I could help out around here and donate to the MSC Fund, but I am only 15 years old and dealing with money over the Internet is not an option for me. I feel so bad that I can't even participate in all the exciting things you guys enjoy. And I feel bad not being able to help anybody out or be involved in something important. I really feel like I should be more involved with all the good causes around here, but I unfortunately cannot. I'm sorry I cannot really do anything around except watch all the lovely mares. Thanks for reading this and I wish there was a better way I could have said all of this.

Manureslinger, HUN PLEASE DO NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO HELP FINANCIALLY. I would like to invite you to help me in my next venture. I am actually in need of 2 more people that are not currently helping me. So if you would like to help, contact me. Also another way you and anyone else can help without spending any money is to contribute a recipe or more than one recipe for our Cookbook. See post in Mare Stare Cares.

There are alot of us... some wayyyyy older than you that cannot help much either. But I feel honored that people open their barns and mares for us to watch and learn. maybe someday I will be the person calling and saving a foals life (IF I ever get to catch a foal being born) LOL. Everyone helps in some way.. prayers, good thoughts, comforting chat.. etc.. This place does feel like "family".. Love to you all

Kelly on behalf of Mare Stare and Mare Stare Cares I welcome you. I want to say to all.... Please understand there are lots of ways to help Mare Stare Cares without financially... but yes... Money is good, as it helps us to help those in need of our help. Without all of the help we get we would have nothing to give. We need LOTS of recipes for our cookbook... and remember to save those pennies and dimes so that in Sept. you can buy a cookbook to help beneift Mare Stare Cares. There are a number of other things happening. A big one is "WE HAVE LOTS OF AWESOME FARMS THAT HAVE OPENED UP THEIR BARNS FOR US TO ENJOY WATCHING" and of course the biggest to me is Mare Stare itself. I thank God for Heather, and her love and passion for horses that ultimately led her to opening Mare Stare. It helps the farms to have extra eyes to watch their mares as well as it helps alot of us to have awesome mares to watch. Sorry I was just going on and on there. But, I LOVE MARE STARE.

Manureslinger, do you do any crafts? Maybe you can make something to be sold in the marestare store. Just an idea for you. It's really sweet of you to want to help. Don't worry yourself over the money issue. So many of us can't donate money but we try to help by watching all the beautiful mares. You're an important part of our family. (((HUGS)))

I also am envolved with the cook book, I need recipes for veggies, and sides, and any horsey treats you can come up with. This is a fun way to get envolved without spending a dime, and it will in the future help out Mare Stare cares.
