Zingaro?

Has anyone heard of Zingaro? It is a French artistic group that performs with horses. Here is a link to one part of a 4 part series on you tube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yggGhVigmic i think its really for the guy conducting the music! But you get the idea of the show. There were all four parts if you seach on the conductor's name. About 15 minutes worth. Very cool. Bartabas is the man who started it. Genius i say!

Zingaro is simply amazing and showcases the beauty and bond with horses. I thougjht some folks here might enjoy it.

Hello! Are those horses at the end hairless? I'm sure they shaved them, but I have seen a few pictures of naturally hairless horses....where are the other 3 videos? I cannot find them....

I dont think they are hairless, if they are they are shaved. It is totally amazing what those horses do. You could kind of tell they are trained also to the music when i saw them in 1998. It was truly amazing. I was awe struck. Very old school dressage but combined with a sort of gypsy romanticism dance. And Zingaro means gypsy i think so they do embrace that cultures relationship with their horses. Some of the UK folks might be better versed on that than me thats for sure!
