I keep reading about a mare called Sassy. About a Sassy fund and then something about an rude email sent to her owner (or was this towards another mare?) I was just wondering what happened as I have failed to find any of the posts that might explain this better to me.

Sassy was a TWH from Renissance Farm. She had a history to foaling twins, this year she was pregnant with her 4th set of twins. She ended up loosing both babies. Owner did everything in her power to make sure she was carring a singleton pregnancy but the twins were found late in the game.
Needless to say twin pregnancys in mares is a VERY controversial subject and some people voiced their opinion on the matter on the message board and even went to calling her and sending her an email.
Some people who fell in love with Sassy over this ordeal wanted to help the owner with the vet expenses that she had with this foaling (the mare was in labor for 3hrs). Just some kind people with nothing but kindness on thier mind.
