Just wanted to let you know about a new service being offered by foalcam.com. It is called foalcall.com and will send you a text message to your cell phone when a high alert is triggered. Best of all you can pick and choose which alerts you want to receive. Just go to www.foalcall.com it's free. Thanks, Bill Thiel

Has anyone joined and tried this yet? Would be interesting to know if the text message is quicker then the email alerts that always seem to be far behind sometimes from time sent to time recieved.

Can you cancel it once you don't want them anymore?

It didn't work for me, but I'm in Canada and my provider wasn't even listed. It's a great idea, though.

Thanks for the feedback, it will only work with the major carriers, but it should be much faster because rather then sending 9000 emails at a time it is sending out much fewer than that. Also most email delays are caused by spam checkers at your internet provider and this bypasses all of that.
Let me know if you have any problems as we are still working out the final bugs if we find any.
Also you can sign up and cancel at any time and also select to be alerted from only the farms you are interested in.
Thanks,
Bill
