With the New Year approaching I was just wondering what everyone's plans are for celebrating the New Year. We usually celebrate quietly here - watching a movie or playing games with just our family. We've had parties here, but I like the quiet celebration better. My husband will be out of town so the kids and I will be celebrating alone, but we'll still have fun. Maybe we'll have a foal.....Puff might surprise us. So...do any of you have "special" plans?  |

So we'll sit home and celebrate together! Maybe we'll get lucky and have a foal - Puff sure is uncomfortable....up and down alot...looking at that belly. If she'd only bag up and give us something to test - it'd make me feel better. I have no idea what her foaling patterns are so we're clueless.

Hiya Heather! Puff is a cutie, should be interesting to watch LOL, like the dec/jan due date! I usually go to mom's for new years, but hate having to drive home, too many stupid people out there........Hope everyone have a happy, safe one!

My grandmother used to tell me that whoever you are with at the stroke of midnight, is who you'll be with for the whole year, so I prefer to stay at home with my husband and children. One of my boys has a different idea though  He wants to spend the night at his friends house, as long as he calls home at midnight, he'll still be with me, right?!?!? LOL Wishing each and every one of you a Happy New Year, full of love, health, happiness and enough riches to make it through to the next year!!! |

Well, it's looking doubtful right this moment that Puff will give us a foal tonight. Her stool is loose, but she has no bag to speak of, sigh....guess she'll share when she's ready. And Angie...you're supposed to be HERE!!!! You didn't tell me you had a cold!  |
