Can't reply to Tess Contest thread

Something's funky with the Tess foaling contest thread because when I click on it and bring it up, it doesn't give me the option to reply to the topic. I noticed that the 'pushpin' icon on it is the same as the one for the "rules for the 2006 foaling contests" thread, which look different from the other 'pushpin' icons there. I also noticed that all the replies to the Tess thread were from Moderators. Could this be the issue? That there are two types of 'pushpins': one that locks and one that doesn't, and only Mods can post in the locked ones? Can you fix this??? I really wanna make my prediction!!

I "unsticky'd" the thread, so try it now. If it doesn't work then just post your guess in the same place that you posted this note. We'll honor it!! ;D
