I only got onto this site this week and it has rekindled my passion for quarter horses. I had a part bred Quarter horse mare by Oliver Bouncer for 11 yrs before I lost her to laminitis while she was out on loan when I was pregnant. We did everything together and I have never found a horse so easy to train and so versatile since. we won over 500 ribbons in those 11 yrs.
BUT since the cams have been down I have been trawling through the sales sites and have found a gorgeuos 3yr old blue roan part bred gelding who I am hoping to buy. So thats one good very thing to have come out of the cams being down.
I am very excited and will put some pics on if I manage to buy him.
Also my mini mare is due to foal in May and am really hoping to subscribe to the site so we can all watch her as I have never actually been present at the birth of any of her foals yet. But as I am in the UK I am struggling to find anyone who can help me with cams and equipment as I dont know anything about it.
