I will put all the info on our website this evening (www.earlsofidaho.com) so we aren't getting confused and using up this message board!

I have a a question Chelsea, just now you were checking Tulip's milk I guess so you kind of rolled her more on her side so you could have better acces to them. She started to look like she was either breathing much heavier or well she started to jiggle more (sorry I can't think of another way to say it lol) so I was wondering does that mean she's close in labor or is that something even non-pregnant sows do when you push them more on their side so you can examine their tummies?

TSSP, I am with you! I don't know why another thread was started somewhere else. Now Chelsea is going to update elsewhere and the whole reason for this board is to post updates. I am confused too, and especially since I read the whole thing about what the different pigs are called at different stages in their lives, lol!

I will do updates on Tulip here-I did check for milk and she loves her tummy rubbed, so she will roll over for me when I do that! Just like a dog would do when you rub it's tummy! It doesn't mean she is any closer or in labor, she just loves her tummy rubbed! Still no milk, but I am still getting clear fluid out of the back teats. Her hind end is still elongated and puffy. I'll do my final check this evening before I go to bed and will try to check back with you.

Another thread was started so that the chatting while watching Tulip could go there not here, where the updates go. People that come to this thread to check for updates have to go through all the chatter to find the updates. It was not done to stop Chelsea from posting her updates at all. We were told about all the chatting on this thread before when we were watching Belle the clydsdale and were asked to stop clogging up the updates thread. And the chatter was moved to another part of the board. Mainly because at the time the Chat room was haveing trouble. If I have done wrong I am sorry, this thread is for updates and I thought I would save any of the mods from getting on here and asking us to take our chatter else where. I thought I done it in a fun way and was just trying to add to the fun of things, so sorry.

But that's so cute she loves her tummy rubbed! Thanks for the update and answering my question!

Locking this thread to start one just for updates, and moved the chatter thread here so it would be easier to navigate between the two.
