OMG those videos were........ I just can't find the words. Who would do that. These are very majestic creatures that god put here for beauty not for slaughter. Even that heartless person pulling the trigger. I am in tears now. How Can I help stop it? is there something? ?

There's a small article on page 16 of the April 2006 edition of Horse Illustrated magazine titled "Horse slaughter Back in Business".
Last fall, congress passed an amendment that was supposed to shut down the industry by prohibiting taxpayer money from funding USDA inspectors at horse slaughter plants. Without inspectors, the plants were to shut down beginning March 10; however the USDA agreed in February to allow the 3 plants (2 in Texas, 1 in Illinois) to pay for inspection on a fee-for-service basis.
The Humane Society reports that the slaughter plants asked the USDA to implement the fee-for-service without notifying the public or following the normal rule-making procedures.
Forty members of Congress drafted a letter in early January to Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns demanding that inspections stop: "Failure to do so constitutes willful disregard of clear Congressional intent on the part of the USDA. The agency has absolutely no authority to circumvent Congressional mandate..."
The HSUS and other animal welfare organizations are continuing to lobby for the passage of H.R. 503 and S. 1915, the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act, which would put a permanent ban on horse slaughter for food.

Just remember,as horrible as it is to watch our beautiful horses killed at slaughter plants, when you eat meat the same is happening to cattle, pigs, and chickens every day in tremendous numbers. Food animals in this country have virtually no humane protection. It would be easy to stop all of it and live healthier lives.
