Let me tell you a couple of stories.
We only had him for about 2 weeks, and I decided to take him to a schooling show, I wanted to see how he would behave in that kind of situation. So I put him into 5 classes. Now the first thing I have to point out is that in our first class he was behind a mare that was winking at him through the whole class. He placed 2nd. Then while we were waiting for another class. (\we were lined up and ready to go. That sane mare was parked right under his nose, I kindly asked her if she could move forward a little. (The girl could have killed me with the look she gave me) I kindly added " he's a stallion" And then all at once every one standing around had to bend over and look. It was so funny!!! But then everyone had major compliments on how he was such a good stallion. They would have never known if I hadn't said anything. Of course I was such a proud momma. Then he proceeded to place in the rest of his classes. 5 classes 5 ribbons.

Next story,
We took him to a working cow clinic, same deal no one knew he was a stallion, until I told them. He is the perfect gentleman in public. And he kicked butt on cows, and he has had no formal training on them.

Haha i have a story for you... this lady tied her filly on one side of my colt and her mare on the other on a three horse hitching rail... i had him tied in the center... she thought he was a gelding... LOL! He just stood there they kept flirting with him too! nuzzling his neck and stuff i couldnt help but laugh after i untied him i told her you just tied your mares next to a stallion... i thought her eye balls were going to pop out of her head... she ended up breeding to him that season

I think that Ri is very weary and pays close attention to having this baby in a Safe place... her ears are going everywhere... you can really tell that she is aware of her surroundings... maybe she is getting close?

The third and I think the best of them. a few of us went riding up the road to the railroad truss ell to ride, we had to go through construction, over foot bridges that crosses a major river, and he had no problem. On the way home, my headstall broke. We were about 3/4 mile from home. Thank god I had my 8' split reins on, I took the headstall off of Blue (on the side of the road), took one of my reins off, put it over his nose crossed it under his chin, and then got back on him and we all rode home. He rode fine. It was like I rode him like that all the time. He never thought that he could take off or act like a spastic. My hubby about crapped his pants when he saw us coming up the driveway like that. I just looked at him and said. Thats my boy!!!!!! I could not have done that with any horse on this property, other than Blue. He may be a stallion but if you ask me he is a special one!!!
