I'm not sure if Java is one of the items that's in the security settings.... I'm no help here. Let me check with Jimbo.

Open Internet Explorer and go to - Tools
- Internet Options
- Security
There should be a bar showing Internet, Local Intranet; trusted sites and restricted sites. Highlight internet and then click on custom level Scroll through the settings and make sure that Active X and Java are all either enabled or set on prompt. When you're done click okay. You may have to do that with each of the settings on that bar (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites and Restricted Sites). I opened the Active X on my father's machine but he still couldn't see the cams. That's because it wasn't open in the other areas on the bar. So I went through, enabled it in all the other areas and now it works great. Try that and let me know what happens.

At the bottom of my screen, I had a wheel thing with a yellow exclamation point in it. I clicked on that and it opened up non validated sites and clicked enable on Java and it opened it up. Sorry can not spell tonight for some reason ( okay can't spell any night for that matter).
