Mkay so silly question... Im still new to all this breeding stuff at least the technical stuff.. i just got a new mare she is 15 year old palamino qh.. could use a little bit more weight at least to how i like my horses.. She came into heat the first week being with us so I bred her. Last date was on the 19th for covering her.. well today i was teasing another mare that I have been breeding and all the girls come up while I was doing it cause they wanted in on the action and I noticed my palamino mare sort of showing interest in the stud again... 11 days after her last breeding.. she wasnt really in heat but she was acting like she did before she started coming in heat last time.. i migh tbe jumping to conclusions to soon but want to just clearify some things.. Okay she hasnt quite started shedding that great yet.. all of my other horses have.. she is somewhat shedding like on her withers.. middle of her back, on her shoulders and inbetween her front legs.. oh and her face.. but she is still 90 percednt from being done.. dosnt shedding have a factor in there heat cycles.. like if she is just startting to somewhat really shed she could of just had a heat but didnt really ovulate or something the first time?? i remember reading about it somehwere in a book but i forget.. any advifce would be great if I havnt confused you yet
