It makes me SICK!

To think that this is where I purchased my horse, Mystery (avatar pic) 2 years ago.

When we were there they only had two pastures open for about thirty horses. They only had three dogs, and two cats. Most of their horses were okay (but none were good), and I did notice that there was a few bony horses. Val seemed liked the nicest person, she coached a basketball team and Donnie was a teacher. But to think that they could have ever EVER done something like this, it makes me physically SICK! I am so very glad that I rescued my horse (we also had a QH mare that we got from them, but she was crazy so we sold her) from that farm. I have a picture from when she was at their farm... and now that I look at it, she was terribly skinny... second pic is of her at my house along with the QH mare.

What a disgrace! The punishment they received is just a slap on the hand as far as I'm concerned.

I hope I see the day that the powers that be realize that cruelty to animals is as bad (if not worse) than cruelty to people. These people are deplorable and should be thrown to the wolves...literally!

What a TERRIBLE shame!! People like that should not be allowed to own ANY animals and if so, they need to be under a daily watch. HOW sad!!

That is such a horrible thing to see. Unfortunately, it happens far too often. And people either get away with it, or get extremely light sentences or fines. We need tougher laws for animal cruelty in ALL states. This needs to STOP.

I couldn't believe it when I heard it on the radio! It still makes my stomachs churn at the thoughts of those horses... those wonderful creatures... because of a careless person... *sighs*.

I totally agree SBL, we need tougher laws! It seems that the government's concern for animals is very small. Animals cannot defend themselves from being in the possesion of careless and abuseful people. It's hard to time because my hands are shaking... I can't describe how sick this makes me, after all, we bought horses off of them!OHHH, I hope they never EVER OWN another ANIMAL AGAIN!!!!!!!

what a sick persons to do this to their animals, they have to go in prison for a long time, no luxury but only a filty cel with less food, oo boy makes me sick to see this!
