Hey!!! We're still at the show. Yesterday was the AMHA show, and we only had two horses showing in that division under two trainers.
Nick won several first and 2nds and ended up with one or two Champion yearling geldings awards.
Vinnie didn't place under any of the judges in his stallion class, but he did take the color class (surprise) with 2 first and a 2nd and then came back for Liberty and took a 3rd and a 5th which I was shocked at since there were 21 in the class - yee ha!
And Shannon showed a bunch of Aloha Acres horses and did great!!! She ended up with High Point Youth - yeah!!! The prize is a grooming cart which she has wanted since we started showing.
It's been a fun day, and a long day - we start again in just an hour or two. This will be the first part of the AMHR Show and Miss Kitty will show (yeah) - she's my baby.
Just wanted to tell you guys I'm thinking of you! Heard through Angie that Marion had a problem foaling, and then had another baby too! - Yeah Marion.
Talked to Merry at Brookhaven and all is well there - but I feel sooooooo out of touch.
And guess what?
?? Coming home with two new mares this weekend - and one is due 4/16 - YIKES - already bagging up - she'll be on cam immediately!!!!!!
