You know... "upgrades" :-)
I'm working on arranging things so that I can work on the front deck and the puppies and mama can enjoy the outdoors and y'all can still see them.
So sit tight - the blackouts shouldn't be more than about 10 minutes. If I can't get it working right then, I'll go back to old setup while I grind my teeth and think some more to try something else.
Thanks! -E

So much for that! I don't have enough USB ports on the computer to be able to run the pedal for dictation and the camera and a decent mouse. I couldn't seem to get things to work right, and got fed up with the stupid touchpad (which I have despised from day one). Meanwhile, the puppies were upset by the change of scene and were hollering, and Charlotte decided they were not her problem out there. The screeching and the touchpad were too much! We are all back inside now...

Mercy, no, Kathy - I can't see breeding cats, much as I love them. Hard for me to justify breeding cats or dogs when there are plenty out there, but the bulldogs are hopefully going to help pay for feed and vet care for the various creatures and the foster(s).
Two of my horses are half brothers. I missed the first one by a few hours; I was present at the second's birth. He's a Belgian/QH cross, and I bred him to a pony mare a couple of years for some super nice large ponies. Unfortunately, all that was while I was still renting/boarding, and couldn't afford to keep it up. Sold the fillies. Gelded the stallion.
His mama colicked a month or so after he was weaned and was discovered to have a lipoma wrapped around and strangling her small intestine. Half of it was removed. She was happy for another two or three years, and then got too poorly, no matter what I did for her. The vet school folks said she was 28 or more when they did the surgery (from what I'd been told originally, 21, so this was a surprise).
So. I'm out of the breeding business. Might get back into it someday, but my youngling is an unpapered, unmarked paint colt, so he's not a prospect!
that is a HANDSOME kitty.
Here are some pics of Khan, I hope.

All my cats are , were rescues... even our pure breds. we had a rescue Dalmation family dog( In-laws dog). when I was a teenager I got an American eskomo (miniture/ or toy sized) from the breeder who gave me the pick og the litter as payment for baby sitting didn't have to pay for him not one penny! he was even AKC registered. I named him SIR DUDLEY(AFTER DUDLEY MOORE) WAGGS. Doo for short( after Lorretta lynns Hubby) ;D
The Handsome Boy is Buddy he is /was my best friend. He passed in march, he loved to foal watch with me and was a BIG lovable Mommas boy!
OH my Kahn is indeed a handsome boy!
