Hello friends. I hope you all have some ideas for me. A few weeks ago we lost out 6 year old Maine Coon cat, Fuzzy. Words cannot express how wonderful and special he was to us. He tolerated toddlers, dogs and group hugs like a champ. When I was very sick he never left my side. Anyway, the vet said his lab profiles presented as if he was poisoned. I am fairly certain that he may have ingested some lawn fertilizer. I immediately canceled our lawn service. I am looking to hire an organic service now. Does anyone have recommendations for the Massachusetts area. Also has this happened to anyone else? Thanks you so much for your time. -Jill

I don't have any suggestions for you, I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss.

Oh Jill, I'm so sorry to hear you lost Fuzzy. I can only imagine how heartbreaking that must have been. Good for you in narrowing down and eliminating the source of the poison. Hope you can find a non-lethal alternative in your area. Give my best to the kids, Wendi

Thank you everyone for your warm thoughts. Wendi, thank you so much too for your good wishes and asking for the kids. Sarah was devastated. She was actually with me when we took Fuzzy to the vet and got the lab results I hope you are well. I still have to develop the pictures of Melody and Banner. I just finished that roll of film on Tuesday! Sorry it has taken so long. Warm wishes, Jill
