I keep up with Barbaro on other messageboards. I've been crushed by this entire rollercoaster ride, and anyone that was in the chat with me the day of the Preakness can attest to that.
I pray for Barbaro each passing day- he truly has the heart of a champion.

Poor Barbaro. I continue to pray that he will heal and be able to live a life without pain. In all reality I know his chances are slim and I try not to get my hopes up. Yet when he makes it through another day, I'm elated. But I also know that if the end must come it is for the best and I must accept that. We all must.
