we could send to Heather to use on Rosie It would help so much to put Meds in for her to inhale...(homeopathic meds/natural) for her lungs and breathing. If anyone has 1 or knows someone who does how Great would that be for Rose and Heather!!! Thanks Wendi

I'm willing to buy one on Ebay and have it sent directly to Heather! I know NOTHING about Nebulizers, but I know that they have quite a few on Ebay, ones that you can "Buy Now" instead of bidding on them. Not sure it these would work for horses If someone is able to tell me exactly which one to get and it's not EXTREMELY expensive, as I will also be paying for Rush Shipping, please let me know. You can leave me a message if you don't want to post on the board. Thanks, Patty Updated: Just FYI, I believe my MAX amount will be $250.00 (including shipping) and that's pushing it a bit so if anyone finds one for that or less, let me know where to go to get it! Thnx

I think this may work, the resuscitator together with the aerosol therapy mask. I bought the foal resuscitator last year just to have on hand in case of emergencies for about $125. I'll check my records and see where I bought it from. It says the mask "Side port accepts both a metered dose inhaler (MDI) and 22 adaptor for nebuliser bowl fitment." Maybe a human nebulizer can be connected to the mask? www.mccullochmedical.com/animal.shtml-Wendi

I actually have one of those foal rescusitator (spelling) kits. I bought it before foaling season this year. I'm not sure if it will work with/as a nebulizer. I need to check with my vet to see about the inhaled medications now.
Thanks guys!

Thanks Wendi for your post, Thanks Heather for yours! Just let me know what the vet says about inhaled medications and if I can help with some type of breathing thing. The offer is still open Take Care, Patty
