Well yesterday i put a call into my mother to see how her MRI results came back before her big surgery next week and her voice just didnt sound right.
Took a little bit of coaxing to get it out of her, as she knows how worried I am about her and they have found SIX more masses in the same breast. They had to go in a biopsy them, while she was awake (she has a history of heart failure while under anesthesia) and cannot be on pain meds at all due to the surgery next week.
The doctors said that they were only worried about two of them, but went ahead and took samples on all six. Please keep her in your prayers. Looks like this is going to be an even tougher road than we ever imagined.

I'm so sorry for all this that has hit you and your family. Sometimes it all comes at once and very hard, but you will make it through this and you will be stronger and better for it. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep your head up and your eyes focused. Take care.

Oh dear. Prayers that the biopsies are all negative and that she just has fibrocystic breasts. That would be safe. I'll be praying and watching for updates. Tell your mom somebody's grandma in Arkansas is sending love and prayers her way.
