I would love to know if there is anyone "Famous" or of significance in my arabian's lines. If anyone would like to help I would be greatly appreciative. I adore him so it really doesn't matter I just have never really looked into it. Thanks to whoever may help!

I use allbreedpedigree a lot, but my other favorite for searches on arabians is www.elmasri.net/search.htmlIt is just for Egyptian Arabians, but I was able to find most of the horses on Topik's dam's side...up to El Hilal, Silver Drift, Fadheilan, Abu Farwa and Ranee. The cool thing about this search addy is that sometimes you can find pics other than the ones on allbreed, plus you can do some cool things like reverse pedigree without having to subscribe. It's really a cool site. (did I say 'cool' enough? lol) I would check out some of the yahoo groups too to look for pics and info. There are some really good ones with dedicated members who love to help search .

Our Morgan mare of course goes back to Justin Morgan. But, IF Justin Morgan's sire is who everyone thinks he is (True Briton), then he goes back about 6 generations to the Godolphin Arabian. I LOVE all breed pedigree.

My Saddlebred, Bourbon's Lucky Streak, was a descendant of Bourbon King (famous 5 Gaited Saddlebred born in 1900)!
