Heather, if there were 100 of services like yours out there I would not switch to anybody elses services. I may not own a farm to post on here, but I think the services you provide are just awsome! And on a personal note without going into details, you showed me trust and good friendship, without realy knowing me personaly and that my friend can not be beat out by anyone. Like they say in Austraila, No worries Mate! What you have done to help those in need speeks for itself, and the proof on were any money gose, is when they get on here themselves and say so. We are a close nit family on here and we care deeply about each other, and when you are attacked like that by someone, they are messing with a family member. And I don't think they are ready to deal with a family this size!

Hmmm.. I must have clicked on post by accident..sorry. :-( But what I wanted to say, was that this is our first year broadcasting here on Mare Stare & we have been very happy with your service. I've been so busy trying to visit all of the different web cams & message boards, that I haven't had time to visit any sites where there might have been negative remarks made, & even if I had, I would have dismissed those remarks as ridiculous..!
I would deal with the troublemaker directly, but don'worry about a negative impact on your business...after all, most of us here are already in the horse business and used to dealing with lots of "Horse Manure".... even when it comes from "cranky" people ;-)

I too have been very IMPRESSED with marestare service like Debbie I am new to you this year. I looked into another service but got no where, yes they tried to help me but all of the sudden I never got a call back. Both you and Jimbo were there the ENTIRE time. Yes their service was cheaper but when it comes down to it if I have a problem I want it fixed right away and you guys have done that. I am no way going to change my service. In fact I am thinking about doing a full year. Having the added security that your mare is watch (usually 24/7) by someone is a GREAT relief. I know that I can sleep at night knowing someone will wake me up if she goes! That is about the best assurance I can get LOL. No fret MareStare you guys are AWESOME Brittany

Heather as a newbe with using mare start for my on line cam, I have to say you are great. I could not believe how fast you were at doing every thing and your help was great. So please keep up the good work.

Apparently, you treat your customers well because they keep coming back and you are getting more and more. Saying there are not enough farms around sounds like she is not doing enough to keep them, so they choose not to go to her. Not your problem. It also sounds like jealousy of your success. Now, I didn't see the post and I don't know who you are talking about. But, to me, she doesn't sound like a very smart business person. Does she think spreading rumors or talking bad about another business will get her more customers? How will they know that she won't talk about THEIR business badly if they do something she doesn't like? Chin up, Heather. We are here for you. I may be a newbie, but you are getting more and more newbies every day. More newbies mean more farm referrals and more spreading of the word of MareStare. Sounds like a growing business to me.

As a Marestare client I have not been happier with the service that I have recieved. Your company has always been very professional and never have I had any problems with anything that you have done. I think your tech support is amazing, always available, never having to wait. I know that when I post your website on our message board and website that I can do so with the confidence that you will represent yourself and us professionally. I like to consider myself technologically able, maybe no professional, but I can find my way around better than alot of others, and I know that your servers are reliable, fast, and have minimal problems. No they aren't perfect, but every business has minor bumps in the road, doesn't mean that you just leave it be. You have always notified us when there are issues, and you are quick to make changes when they are needed to provide a better service for your customers. Finally, I have only recently found other cam services lately and I think I have told you this before during personal conversations, your service is far superior in my book. Your streaming service is amazing, looks great, and doesn't drop connection like others. I haven't ever had to download anything special to view your cams and have also NEVER had to download updates to view your cams either. I agree that there are plenty of farms out there to keep everyone in business, or atleast the good companies in business. Anyone who chooses to post in other places slanderous things against their competitors will obviously not be trusted and these types of things will only reflect poorly on them in the long run. And well, finally I guess you can look at it this way, usually people only make rude comments about those that they feel threatened by. So I guess in a way, you could feel good that your service is so loved by everyone that the competition is really feeling your "Stare"....LOL!!!

Dear heather. I only can saw a few things. I LOVE YOU AND YOUR WORK. I am so glad I found mare stare last year and got the change of getting the births of my mares online through your GREAT service. Let those people talk, they are not worth to talk about. We know you are fair, comitted and honest so there is sothing to worry about. I think mare stare will only grow bigger and bigger and that those people who tell all those lies get what they diserve. (sorrie for bad english, I´m from holland hihi)

Heather, Sorry to hear that someone felt the need to voice such nasty things about you and your business. I know it is frustrating, but keep in mind the Mare Stare family is HUGE and we will all stick together as one unit right beside you.
This is our second year as Mare Stare customers. I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the service and customer support ! You & Jimbo are always there to help us with our own cam issues and keep us updated on technical issues immediately.
Our favorite feature of Mare Stare? We like the idea of having several other people able to watch our mares, while we need to catch up on much needed sleep, run errands, etc. We all know what it is like to be afraid to go to sleep or leave home to run to the store..."just in case the mare would foal." It is a huge relief to know others are helping you keep an eye on the mare and we are just a phone call away.
From where I sit, the customer growth rate Mare Stare has seen in the last year pretty much speaks for itself. People like the service you are providing. So keep your chin up and keep up the good work !

Hi Heather...I don't have any horses but do watch a lot of them here on Marestare.. I didn't read the post but I love your cams.They are SO clear and I have NO prablems at all with them .thank you for sharing all of the cams with all of us...Love you and God bless.. Some people will put others down to make themselves feel better, and for this I say...whoever said these things really needs our prayers right now.
And with that said...You can count on me to be a future client of yours Heather...when its my mares turn, I'll be calling on Mare Stare!! This is nothing against all the other cam providers, but I just feel like y'all are family and family stick together!! (Besides, I love the service!)
