The leg markings kinda look like those on the leg above on this page but aren't quite as crisp as these. They don't look like roaning though, they are more definite than that.
I've heard the theory that if you get chrome it must be sabino but that seems to me to be an oversimplification. The Arabian Horse Association says that purebred Arabian horses with no white markings at all are actually rare. So if simply white markings meant sabino, that would pretty much mean that all purebreds carry it. I don't know about other breds but seems that most of the color genetics they do know for sure are consistent across the board. So I would expect this to be the case as well. My guess is that they're still a ways from knowing for sure. Just the complexity of this thread speaks to that.
