Any progress to report on Eveline and/or Franciska Patricia's Babydoll? I'm waiting hopefully for any news. You all are doing such a swell job of caring for your horses (and caring for us onlookers, too!). Such thrilling horses!

Good news about Aarninks' Friesian filly. Babydoll's respiration rate has dropped the last several days and this morning is well within normal range. Xrays of lungs are much clearer and bloodwork is good. If allcontinues to go well she should be back in her stall Friday. What exactly was wrong with her remains a mystery. Thanks to those of you who posted research links, they were read, and thanks for all your well wishes.
Now.....GO Eveline.

It may have just been a case of her getting used to the world. I'm happy to hear she's feeling better!

Thanks for the welcome news, Pam! What a relief - and what fun it will be to see Franciska Patricia and Babydoll again. And I sure am eager to see the treasure that Eveline is hiding from us. She is such a regal mare, so clearly deserving (and appreciative) of all her regal treatment. Brava!

OH! Franciska Patricia's cam just came back up . . . and Babydoll has a name (Trijntje A.)! The stall appears to be all ready for their imminent arrival! I'll be watching.
