Daisy Update: She is still holding, clear milk.
Camera Update: We are back on cam #1, cam #2 - we couldn't get focused on all of the stall, it wants to focus only in the center with blurry edges, this camera has a million adjustments on it, hopefully after reading the manual tomorrow I can figure out what button to push or twist to correct this. I did have camera #3 up for a moment tonight it doesn't mount to the camera mount that we have installed so it wasn't up for long since I was holding it in my hand, if you where watching this would have been the camera that the donkeys were on the ceiling in the beginning.
Could someone tell me how to copy and paste into a message someone else's message, I would really appreciate it. I'm now paying for the two years that I've lurked in the shadows on marestare and I could have been figuring all of this out. Oops.

It's called quoting, and there's a quote button on every post at the top right. Just click that button on the post you want to quote, instead of the reply button. But please do as I did and edit the quote so that it contains only the part you want to address, and don't quote entire posts (unless they're short.)

I would love to share the differences that I have observed between horses and donkeys, but first I need to know if it is okay to do this here if I keep these posts to foals and how they interact within the herd and with their mothers or if this should be on another part of the marestare message board. I was going to post these in several short stories or observations and will title them something like "Donkey and Horses". I'll also try to post these sometime after I do an evening update on Daisy so that it is not pulling her to the top of the message board during the day when she is outside. Someone please let me know and I'll try to start tomorrow night. Have a wonderful night, I'm off to bed.

That is a wonderful idea. However you should post it in the Q & A thread, in General Information. Even though it's not a question, you can phrase the title as a question and then make your post. I'm sure most of us would be fascinated to read about it. Link to Q & A Board

We have cam #2 up tonight, I'm having problems getting this cam clear, this cam is suppose to be the best one that I have here right now, it probably is if I could just figure out what button or knob to push or turn:) I'm going to leave it up tonight so the camera tech can see it and hopefully figure out what I'm doing wrong. This cam has two things that I really like, the first is that I only have one 60 watt bulb in their stall tonight and we can see them and don't have the glare that we have on cam #1, and the second thing is that I can mount this camera closer to the stall and get the whole stall in the picture, camera #1 has to be mounted so far away that with the angle we get more stall walls than floor.

Daisy Update: She is still in the holding pattern, still clear milk. I have noticed her eating more today, I'm not sure where she is putting it:)
We are suppose to have storms in the morning so the girls might be in for awhile tomorrow morning until it clears up.

I'm looking at Daisy right now and her belly is just HUGE. Surprising that her milk's still clear. She looks so close. Like she ate a whole watermelon or two Too bad you're having hassles with the cam. We can still see them quite well with this one, though it isn't as clear as the other. The angle is really important, though. Don't want to miss them in the corners!
