Today I went out to turn Lukky and Ginger out. Ginger ran out but Lukky didn't follow. HE stood at the gate. I thought he was being silly, till he went out of the stall. He was favoring his left rear leg. Called the vet said there isn't any reason he can't wait till the morning, give him a lil bute and keep him as quiet as possible.
Tomorrow we will find out what is going on. I'm hoping it is broke. Earlier we didn't have any swelling, now we do. Poor lil guy!

LUkky is now at the vets. Saturday the vet came out and nothing was wrong. So we figured mom had stepped on him. This morning all four of his legs were swollen.
We're hoping that its not joint ill. He had his navel dipped, but the vet said that doesn't always stop it from happneing. I'll post a picture of him at the vets a lil later.
He's stilla stinker. He was biting the vet and tech when he was fruestrated with being held.

Oh, poor guy! I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers... We had to go through a HORRIBLE joint infection in Rusty in his first few months of life... Took it 4 months to heal all the way and is left with a horrible scar about the size of a quarter on his front right fetlock. I'm glad that your vet caught it. Good Luck, I know how worrysome you can get over this!
